Over the past few decades, I have used more than two hundred methods of practicing the spirit (entering the spirit) in the ancient and modern worlds, and then I slowly got used to a few of my own most commonly used methods.
The first two methods were summarized after the completion of the foundation building, conception and emergence from God of the Life Dual Cultivation Method. However, it was later realized that people who do not practice the Life Dual Cultivation Method can also use these two methods.
The 3rd-7th methods are the simplest, most direct, and most natural methods of the ancient times. There are no complicated steps, foundation preparation, many dogmas, etc. of later generations.
These methods are detailed as follows:
1, close your eyes and rest your mind.
2. Tell yourself you are dead.
3. No longer hear or feel anything in the world.
4. One is no longer in this world.
5. There is only one point of consciousness left.
6. This point of consciousness no longer has a physical body to cling to.
7. This point of consciousness has to wander in the universe.
8. Repeat the above realization over and over again without leaving.
9. Always follow this point of consciousness naturally.
10. Unconsciously and naturally go out of mind.
The starting point of this method is based on the Chinese dan Dao of "the heart dies and the spirit lives". This method is based on the Chinese Tao of Dangdao, which is based on the idea that the mind is dead and the spirit is alive.
The essence of the method is that the physical consciousness stops and the spiritual consciousness is freed. It can also be called: the method of the mind dead and the spirit alive.
This method is characterized by a quicker entry into the quiet, and can also be used to solve insomnia.
Early (around 79-89 years) summarized the method.
1. Close your eyes and rest your mind.
2. Completely and utterly forget the physical body.
3. Only one point of consciousness remains.
4. Decide on a specific purpose for this time.
5. Tell yourself that you can be free of subtle limitations.
6. Being able to switch dimensions directly
7. Being sure that you will arrive directly at your destination.
8. The deeper the intention to relax, the better.
9. Being sure to arrive at the destination naturally.
10. Repeat the above destination over and over again.
11. Always follow this realization naturally.
12. Reach the destination naturally with half awareness.
The starting point of this method is based on the Chinese Zhuangzi's "forgetfulness".
The essence is that the consciousness is directly switched to the multidimensional world, and is no longer limited by the physical body. It can also be called: sub-dimensional switching.
This method is characterized by: can be out of God, can not be out of God only to switch the sub-dimensional. In other words, you can go in and out of the world, or you can go in and out of the world.
The method summarized in the middle period (around 89-99 years).
1. Close your eyes.
2. Table consciousness without thinking.
3. Follow the subconscious mind completely naturally.
4. Observe quietly.
5. Not engaging in any surface conscious distractions.
6. Just quietly observing the subconscious mind.
7. Letting everything take its course.
8. The true God appears naturally.
9. Or traveling through the multidimensional world.
10. Or to solve life's problems.
11, or return to the origin of all things.
12, Everything goes with the flow.
13, to the extreme to the opposite to the smooth (<---- can not find a simpler description for the time being).
*Note: "to the extreme to the opposite to the smooth"
1, that is, "self-sacrifice from the tracking method" ---- completely give up their own, tracking the movement of nature and change, and the natural one, and completely experience to the limit.
2, such as: there is a pain appeared, the natural tracking, and completely with the pain of unity, experience pain "to the extreme". The opposite is true: after the extreme, the opposite is true. The opposite of the extreme will be smooth: after the opposite of the extreme, it will automatically return to the "smooth". The pain will be cured automatically.
3. Everything is automated, just patience, self-sacrifice tracking, until the end.
4. Therefore, it is said: to the extreme to the opposite to the smooth. It is also said: "Self-sacrifice from the dead heart tracking". (Self-sacrifice: to give up all fear, dead heart, obedience to nature.)
5. Repeat the main point again: completely give up your own subjectivity, track what is viewed, die to be one with what is viewed, and completely go with the flow.
The starting point of this method: based on the Indian Kuan Shi Yin's "Jing Guan". Later, it incorporates the Indian Heart Sutra's "Contemplation"/"Contemplation of Self", and the Chinese Lao Tzu's "Internal Contemplation".
Its essence and characteristics: the same as the Shift method.
Early copy of the method.
*This method is extremely practical:
a) It is used to cure the disease, the effect is very good. (Cure: also known as the "dead heart tracking method" ---- quietly watching the lesions, dead follow the end. The disease will automatically be slowly cured.)
b) Used to solve life's problems, but also very effective. (Into the subconscious mind, quietly observing life problems, time will naturally "fermentation" out of the solution.)
c) Used to practice the spirit, also known as the "self-sacrifice from the God tracking method" ---- meditation observation of God's will (or air), the dead heart tracking, will naturally come to fruition. It is also the core point of the method of quiet observation: ① view; ② where not Dantian.
1, close your eyes and rest your mind (<---- the main points are only these four words).
2, natural quiet observation (aside from the natural changes in the divine consciousness)
3, the divine foot from out.
4, God fatigue also since out (out of God will be self-nurturing).
5. If God is not enough and not tired, then it does not come out of itself and turns to daydreaming.
6. Daydreaming turns into emanation, which is the same as emanating from the dream in the Dream Observation Method.
The starting point of this method: based on the Chinese Laozi's "true way of raising God". Later on, it was integrated with the Indian Naropa's Dream Observation Achievement Method's "Knowing the dream in the dream and turning out of God" and the Chinese Lu Chunyang's "Dreamer's Divine Journey" in his "Purpose of Taiyi Jinhua", to artificially create daydreams and guide the emergence of God.
---- is the simplest and most direct element distilled from hundreds of methods.
This method seems too simple, and may be difficult to accept for modern people who seek complexity. But after carefully testing it, you will realize that the path is simple. On the surface, it looks simple and even fake, but when you go deeper, it's just the opposite.
Lao Tzu is the same method, even simpler.
1. If you want to cultivate the Way, first observe your mind. (Close your eyes and rest your mind)
2. The way of internal observation is to calm the mind. (Quiet observation)
3. The heart is the master of God, and movement is from the heart. (Mindfulness of all changes, quiet observation of the changes, all the changes are not different from its "view")
4, no heart, no movement, there is movement from the heart. (Let nature take its course)
5, the ancient Taoist, not by nature.
6, the view of all times for the road, storage of God in the thought.
7. It is as if you are dreaming, and the gods are suddenly coming and going. (
8. There is God in God, and that is my natural way. (There is a God in God: refer to another blog post "the structure of the human multiple composite body")
Completely copying the method of the Chinese Laozi, extracted from the "Orthodox Taoist Collection" hole God Department of this article category: "Laojun Neiguanjing" (2), "Laojun Duxinjing" (1/3/4), "Laojun Xishengjing" (5/6/7), "Laojun Neidanjing" (8). (8).
The core points of the Internal Observation Method are also: (1) Observation; (2) Where not Dan Tian.
1, the consciousness is concentrated in one place ---- gaze.
2. Thoughts keep flowing continuously into this object ---- into the mind. (Dhyana: to be absorbed in/shift one's mind to an object. (Old translation: Zenana, Zen)
3. It continues until only the object is apparent and there seems to be nothing left of itself ---- merging into the mind. (Samadhi: merging into one. (Old translation: samadhi, fixation)
4. The above three are one ---- all united in God. (Samyama: all united as one. (Old translation: Samyama)
5, mastery of this method, the ultimate wisdom appears.
Exact replica of the 6th-8th branches of Yoga in section 3.1-3.5 of Patanjali's Unity Sutra from ancient India. Old translation: samadhi initiation.
*There are two stages to mastering the Unity Method:
1. There are seeds of Unity ---- with individual subconscious involvement, subjective, not purely objective, not purely natural.
2, no seed Hop Shen ---- no individual subconscious involvement, no subjective, purely objective, purely natural.
The above is only the core technical part. For the full text of the Unity Sutra, please refer to another blog post, "The Unity Sutra ---- Classic of Spiritual Techniques."
Derived from the "Dream View Achievement Method" (please refer to another blog post: "Tibetan Supreme Yoga ---- "Dream View Achievement Method").
There are four steps: knowing the dream, observing the dream, breaking the dream, and using the dream.
1. When awake: the consciousness seeds: "I am dreaming." (Forming the subconscious inertia of knowing the dream in the dream)
2. Before entering the dream: consciousness seeding: "Knowing the dream in the dream, waking up to remember it all". (Knowing the dream)
3. After coming out of the dream: Immediately and faithfully transcribing the dream, verifying it before and after. (The role of recording, analyzing, comparing, and verifying experiences)
4. After entering the dream: "observing" the dream. (Observation of dreams: Observation = the core of the mind)
5, time and time again, you can observe the dream in two ways.
6. The first: the subjective dream world created by the subjective subconscious of the "dream body". ("My" dream world ---- individual phantom world*)
7, the second kind: "dream body" to leave the physical body to see the objective dream world. ("Our" dream world ---- collective phantom world*)
8. Therefore: "Quieting" the subjective subconscious mind and stopping the "creation" of the subjective dream world. (<---- One of the keys to break the dream. Otherwise, it will still be a mixed dream, and you will never be able to break it.)
9. Gradually, only the subconscious mind and the objective dream world will be left, and you will be able to observe its natural functioning. (<----The second key to break the dream. The second key to breaking the dream is to observe the dream world and let nature take its course.)
10. Gradually, you will realize that the dream world has been "creating" the material phenomenon world. (
11. The material world is also a dream world.
12. Gradually, it will be realized that the dream world is being "created" by a deeper dream world. (Discovering the multiple sources of the dream world, and the dream within the dream world)
13. Gradually, we can also discover the "multiple dream bodies": the dream bodies are "created" by the deeper dream bodies. (Discovering the multiple structures of the dream body*, the dream within the dream body)
14. One world after another, one body after another, deeper and deeper cycles, even deeper.
15. Step by step, we go back to the source, all the way to the "ultimate source of the dream world".
16. Thus: the realization that everything is a dream, and the ultimate "awakening". (<---- the ultimate breakthrough dream)
17, thus: from the ultimate source of the deepest, to practice the change of dream and its practical. (Changing dreams before using the dream ---- broken dream: changeable first dream realm, difficult to change the second dream realm; changing dreams after breaking the dream: both are possible)
18. Practical one: resolving the problem of dream body and dream realm layer by layer in the dream realm. (The dream realm affects the dream realm)
19. Practical two: resolving the problems of the physical body and the material phenomenal realm in the dream realm. (The dream world affects the material phenomenon world and connects the two worlds)
20. As you use it, you can check it, and gradually improve the technique of using the dream.
21. This will enable the realization of "dreams" step by step.
Early completely copy the ancient Indian "Naropa six achievement method" one of the "Dream View Achievement Method", later integration of Western lucid dreaming method and the Chinese Dandao sleeping method, plus my forty years of experience in the dream view.
---- This method is the same as the modern Dutch "lucid dreaming method" (refer to the various lucid dreaming materials circulating in the West).
There is also a similar method in Chinese Dantao called "Sleeping Gong" (see Chen Xiyi, Lu Chunyang, Zhang Sanfeng, Bai Yuzhang, etc.).
---- I moved the second step of the Dream View Achievement Method, "Changing Dreams", to the fourth step, because empirically, changing dreams after breaking them has a deeper, broader, and better effect. (This is for those who cultivate dreams, except for those who play with dreams.)
*Please refer to the blog post "Individual Phenomena and Collective Phenomena" for more information about the individual and collective phantom realms.

**** The "****tong state" achieved by all the above methods:
"As if dreaming, the gods suddenly come and go".
(Over the past few decades, we have tried more than two hundred methods in the ancient and modern world, and all of them have the above ****tongue state.)
*Summary of experience:
1, 1-6 "meditation class": for amateur practitioners like me, every day is only two or three hours, and then increase the time is easy to affect daily life. In terms of pure time, the ratio of time spent practicing and experiencing daily life is 1 to 11 (2 hours to 22 hours).
2. The seventh type of "dream practice": you can naturally utilize the eight hours of daily sleep to practice, which greatly increases the time for practicing and cultivating gong. The first is that the first time a person is in the room, the second is that the first time a person is in the room, the third is that the first time a person is in the room. In terms of pure time: the ratio of the time spent in the meditation practice experience to the time spent in the daily life experience is 1 to 2 (8 hours to 16 hours).
3. "Meditation" is a two-step process: the first step is to enter a state of tranquility, and the second step is to enter a state of spiritual travel.
4, "dream training" only one step: directly into the state of God.
5. Therefore, the dream-viewing method plays an extremely important role in my cultivation, and is extremely complementary to other methods.
6, all of the above methods of "technology **** common point": ① view; ② natural tracking; ③ forgetfulness; ④ everywhere not Dantian.
In addition, there are other good methods, please experiment according to personal circumstances.
*Emphasize again:
1, there is no best method, only the most suitable for you. One person, one method, ten thousand people, ten thousand methods to one.
2, only method is not enough, but also need patience + enlightenment + purpose (no purpose is spinning in place).
*The most experience in experience:
1, the more complex the method is less efficient, the simpler the method is more efficient!
2, I have thirty years to use hundreds of methods, complex methods gradually eliminated, and now the rest continue to use these most effective methods, are very simple. Today, I emphasize again: I have nothing to hide. The road is indeed simple, believe it or not, true or false to the head will know! Don't rush to judgment in the middle first.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
(I said, are decades of personal practice, personal verification, personal observation of the objective records. No theoretical assumptions, no logical reasoning, no copy of the classics. I'm not sure if I've ever been in a position to do this before.)

"The Tao is also the one that cannot be taught orally by words."
"Often empty mind and quiet spirit, the Tao comes to live. Fools do not know that by laboring their forms, suffering their hearts, enslaving their wills, and agitating their gods, the more distant the Way becomes, and the more sorrowful the gods become. The back of the road to seek the road, when the careful choice."
"Observe all the times for the Tao, store God in thought. As if like a dream, the gods suddenly come and go."
"False paths nourish the form, true paths nourish the spirit, and true spirit is through the path."
"It is better to keep one than ten thousand scrolls of dan books."
---- Lao Tzu
"A single word and a half of a sentence is sufficient to penetrate the mysteries; why should there be any need for ten million volumes of dan books. If one is not burdened by form, before one's eyes is the Dala Heaven."
---- White Jade Toad
