The correct and simple pickle method of mutton skewers is as follow:

Tools/materials: 400g mutton, ginger 1 slice, 6 cloves garlic, a little salt, appropriate amount of Chili powder, appropriate amount of cumin grains, bowls and bamboo sticks.
