Rigid, conservative and dogmatic. Traditional thinking, traditional teaching, school learning and educating students. The traditional teaching summarized by myself is passed on and trained to colleagues. Students are reflective, rebellious, tired of learning and lack the spirit of exploring new things, of course, not all.

The traditional image of teachers, that is, the "conservative" of reform, the "daily operator" of classroom teaching, the "trainee" of teacher training activities and the "managed" of school management, has hindered the professional development of teachers and the practical innovation of schools. Only when teachers realize their dominant position in school life can the school really be improved from the inside.
