What does New Year's Day mean to China people?
In modern times, New Year's Day refers to the first day of the first year of the year. Since the Gregorian calendar was introduced into China, the word New Year's Day has been dedicated to the New Year, and the traditional old calendar year is called the Spring Festival.
Before that, New Year's Day always refers to the first day of the Chinese New Year. Yuan means "early" and "beginning", but it means "day". New Year's Day is called "the first day" and is the first day of the year.
1On September 27th, 949, the first plenary session of the China People's Political Consultative Conference decided that "the people of China and the national calendar should adopt the AD calendar method", which is what we call the solar calendar. In order to distinguish between the two New Years, and in view of the fact that the "beginning of spring" in the 24 solar terms of the lunar calendar is just around the Lunar New Year, the first day of the first lunar month is changed to "Spring Festival" and the solar calendar is January.
However, since I started working, the nature of my work determines that we will always be the first happy person to greet the dawn of New Year's Day, because our accounting duties require us to settle accounts at the end of the year. Every year we have to wait until 65438+February 3 1 evening 12 to check out, expecting the happiness of the New Year to stay in our loyal posts. Then, with the new year's bell ringing, my colleagues and I will hold a carnival party. After work, everyone will gather at the head office from different outlets and have a good drink to celebrate the arrival of the New Year! This day will remain unchanged for many years!
Second, New Year's Day is my second birthday and the day of my rebirth.
N years ago, the day before New Year's Day, our family lived in Liupanshui, Guizhou, followed my father to the mine and moved from Shandong. That night, grandma and mom took my brother and me to visit Aunt Qi who was in confinement. When we were leaving, everyone said goodbye naturally. The adults said a few more words at the door. My brother and several other friends and I took advantage of this gap to hide around the house and play games, but this is the kind of hiding. Among many partners, only the youngest one never came back.
This can be anxious for grandma and mom, but also for many friends. At first, everyone thought who was joking and didn't pay much attention, but as time went on, they searched all the ditches and ridges nearby. I heard that many locals without children were stealing children at that time, so everyone initially concluded that I was stolen.
On the day before New Year's Day, a New Year's Day editorial was playing on the loudspeaker in the mining area. Therefore, every time the New Year's Day editorial is broadcast once, you will broadcast it once, and all mine personnel will take action. Miner's lamp illuminates the rugged mountain road, and the call resounds through Shan Ye in the cold wind, and the broadcast of "Looking for You" echoes in Shan Ye over and over again. Follow the information received and trace it all the way. Five hours later, I was finally found, and it was the early morning of the first day of the lunar new year. Therefore, my mother has always designated this day as my second birthday.
It is said that when I was a little over two years old that day, my mother dressed me up beautifully and probably liked me because I was a guest. After I came back, I was not good at words.
