What kind of formation is better in square dance and won't be chaotic?

If ten people jump out of the door from both sides, five people each. Then the horizontal line (four people in front, four people in two rows behind), the big circle (ten people in a big circle), and the vertical column (five people in two rows), and at the end of the vertical column, both sides jump from the first person in front (after receiving the fifth person), or two columns and then silently retreat back to the original horizontal line shape.
