Potato jiaozi is a famous snack in Wudu, Longnan, Gansu. Stir-frying is a long-standing home-cooked dish. Hedysarum
Hedysarum hedysarum, also known as Hedysarum hedysarum, was produced in Gansu Province and first planted in Guangming Township, Wudu County. The red soil zone between 1700-2000 meters above sea level is the most suitable for growth, especially Hedysarum hedysari, which has become a famous traditional specialty and endemic variety in China and won the honorary certificate of export commodities from the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce. The planting area of Hedysarum hedysari in Longnan has reached more than 6,543,800 mu, with an annual output of more than 3 million kilograms.
