Where do the bubbles of sparkling wine come from?

The bubbles of sparkling wine are similar in appearance, but the bubbles are different in different processes. Some bubbles are produced in secondary fermentation, such as traditional fermentation and tank fermentation. The former is represented by French champagne, while the latter is represented by Italian Prosek. A more convenient and cheaper way is to inject carbon dioxide directly into still wine. These two kinds of bubbles, one is the bubble in secondary fermentation and the other is the bubble injected with carbon dioxide. They look very similar, but they are also somewhat different in essence. The bubbles produced by secondary fermentation are finer and last longer, and these bubbles are purer.
