Korean radish kimchi home recipe how to make delicious video
Radish kimchi is the most common home-cooked dish in Korea and a must-have appetizer in restaurants.
Material
2 white radish (about 3-4 pounds), 2 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 3 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1 tablespoons chopped garlic, 1/2 tablespoons chopped ginger, 4 green onions, cut into 5cm
practice
1. Peel the radish and cut it into pieces of about 2.5 cm, then put it in a large bowl, add salt and sugar and mix. Marinate for 1 hours.
2. Mix fish sauce, red pepper powder, minced garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
3. Drain the water from the white radish, then sprinkle the fish sauce mixture on top of the radish and stir well. Add the green onions and mix.
4. Finally, put the mixed ingredients into a sealable bottle, keep it at room temperature for 1 days, and then store it in the refrigerator.
