How to reduce steam in a 4-ton steam boiler

The use of condensing waste heat recovery steam technology;

Traditional boilers, the exhaust temperature is generally 160 ~ 250 ℃, the flue gas in the water vapor is still in a superheated state, it is not possible to condense into a liquid state of water and release the latent heat of vaporization. As we all know, the thermal efficiency of the boiler is calculated from the low heating value of the fuel, without taking into account the high heating value of the fuel in the latent heat of vaporization of the heat loss. Therefore, the thermal efficiency of traditional boilers can only reach 87% to 91%. The condensing waste heat recovery boiler, it reduces the exhaust temperature to 50 ~ 70 ℃, fully recovered flue gas in the sensible heat and water vapor latent heat of condensation, enhance the thermal efficiency; condensate can also be recycled.

The boiler tail adopts heat pipe waste heat recovery technology;

Waste heat is the energy that is not utilized in energy utilization equipment under certain economic and technical conditions, that is, excess and waste energy. It includes high-temperature exhaust waste heat, cooling medium waste heat, waste vapor waste water waste heat, high-temperature products and slag waste heat, chemical reaction waste heat, combustible waste gas waste liquid and waste waste waste heat and high-pressure fluid waste pressure and other seven. According to the survey, the total resource of waste heat in each industry accounts for about 17%~67% of its total fuel consumption, and the recyclable waste heat resource is about 60% of the total resource of waste heat.

Superconducting heat pipe is the main heat transfer element of heat pipe waste heat recovery device, which is fundamentally different from ordinary heat exchanger. The heat transfer efficiency of heat pipe waste heat recovery device can reach more than 98%, which is unattainable by any kind of common heat exchanger. Heat pipe waste heat recovery device is small in size, only 1/3 of the ordinary heat exchanger, its working principle is shown in the figure: the left for the flue gas channel, the right for the clean air (water or other media) channel, separated by a partition in the middle of the mutual non-interference. High-temperature flue gas discharged from the left channel, the discharge of high-temperature flue gas flushing heat pipe, when the flue gas temperature > 30 ℃, the heat pipe is activated will automatically conduct heat to the right, then the left side of the heat pipe to absorb heat, high-temperature flue gas flow through the heat pipe after the temperature drops, the heat is absorbed by the heat pipe and conductivity to the right side. Room temperature clean air (water or other media) under the action of the blower, along the right channel flow in the opposite direction to flush the heat pipe, then the heat pipe right exothermic, the clean air (water or other media) heating, air flow through the heat pipe after the temperature rises. Waste heat recovery device composed of a number of heat pipes, installed in the boiler smoke mouth, the heat in the flue gas will be absorbed and high-speed conduction to the other end, so that the exhaust temperature down to close to the dew point and reduce the loss of heat emissions. The heated clean air can be used for drying materials or added to the boiler for recycling. Improve the thermal efficiency of boilers and industrial furnaces, reduce fuel consumption and achieve the purpose of energy saving.
