Introduction of cast-in-place pile foundation

Brick foundation: a building foundation formed by using bricks as masonry materials. The foundation has the characteristics of good compressive performance, poor integrity, low tensile strength, bending strength and shear strength, easily available materials, simple construction operation and low cost. It is suitable for general civil buildings with solid and uniform foundation, small upper load, six floors or less and light factory building foundation engineering with wall bearing.
Cast-in-place concrete foundation: Cast-in-place concrete foundation includes strip foundation, independent foundation and cup foundation. Wide application range.
Pile foundation: A pile foundation consists of a foundation pile and a cap connected to the top of the pile. The pile is supported in hard (bedrock, dense gravel layer) or hard (hard plastic cohesive soil, medium dense sand, etc.). ) bearing layer, and has a higher vertical single pile bearing capacity or pile group bearing capacity. Piles pass through liquefiable soil layer, supported on stable solid soil layer or embedded in bedrock. In the case of shallow soil liquefaction and earthquake subsidence caused by earthquake, the pile foundation still has enough compressive and uplift bearing capacity depending on the deep and solid soil layer, thus ensuring the stability of high-rise buildings without excessive settlement and inclination. Pile foundation is widely used in high-rise buildings.
Working conditions of bored pile foundation:
(1) The pile foundation construction has been completed, the soil has been dug according to the design elevation and size, and the pile foundation construction acceptance record has been completed.
(2) All loose concrete at the top of the pile shall be chiseled away. When the pile top is lower than the design elevation, it must be connected with the concrete at the same level and reach a certain strength; Then, chisel and clean the top of the pile buried in the pile cap. When the precast pile top extends into the capping beam beyond the design length, it should be chiseled in advance, and the depth of the pile top extending into the capping beam should meet the design requirements.
(3) The length of steel bar that the pile top extends into the capping beam should meet the requirements of design and construction specifications, generally not less than 30 days, and it should be extended when the length is not enough.
(4) For frost heaving land, the anti-frost heaving measures under the capping beam have been completed according to the design requirements.
(5) Remove waste soil, sundries and other wastes at the bottom of the tank.
