The practice of home-cooked mutton stew

Homemade mutton soup is made as follows:

Step 1: Prepare some mutton, soak the mutton in clear water, change the water once every two hours or so, and change the water three times. Then put the mutton directly into the pot, add water into the pot, add ginger, onion, cooking wine and other ingredients into the mutton, and take it out after the water boils for two minutes. At this time, the surface of mutton has changed color, and it is taken out and put aside to cool.

Step 2: Boil the water in the pot, put ginger, onion and other ingredients in the pot again, and then put the mutton directly into the pot and stew it with high fire. After boiling water, turn to low heat and cook slowly. It may take a long time to stew mutton, at least two hours. After two hours, you can smell the mutton when you open the lid. At this time, add salt, monosodium glutamate, black pepper and other seasonings to the pot and cook for about 20 minutes to make the mutton soup and mutton fully tasty. Finally, sprinkle some parsley and serve.

It is not recommended to add chopped green onion when stewing mutton soup, because the taste of chopped green onion is not as heavy as coriander, which can cover up the fishy smell of most mutton, so coriander is the most suitable side dish for mutton soup.
