How to cook a delicious home-cooked dish-red-cooked chicken

Ingredients: chicken, green pepper and red pepper.

Accessories: garlic, onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, red pepper and white sesame.

Seasoning: salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce and soy sauce.

Exercise:

1. Cut the bought Chai chicken into small pieces, clean it, put it in a basin, and soak it in clear water for 30 minutes to make its impurities soak out. Rinse it again after soaking, and squeeze out the water hard for later use.

7. Prepare some green and red peppers when stewing chicken pieces, remove the stalks and seeds and cut into triangles.

8. After stewing the chicken pieces for 20 minutes, pick out all the auxiliary materials such as onion and ginger in the pot, turn to high fire to thicken the soup, and finally add green and red peppers, sprinkle with some cooked white sesame seeds, and mix well before serving.
