Fuel cars will exit the stage of history but the time is still a bit long.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has reportedly initiated the development of a timetable for halting the production and sale of traditional energy vehicles, but the time for the ban on fuel cars has yet to be determined, after Vice Minister Xin Guobin revealed at the 2017 International Forum on China's Automotive Industry Development.

Previously, Hainan released the "Hainan Province Clean Energy Vehicle Development Plan", which clearly indicates that the sale of fuel vehicles, including gasoline and diesel vehicles, will be banned in 2030, becoming the first to become the first to introduce a timetable for the "ban on combustion" provinces. In addition, BAIC, Changan, Haima Automobile and many other car companies have clearly stated that the sale of fuel vehicles will be completely suspended in 2025 or so.

According to China's automobile scrapping standards, one of the following should be scrapped:

① Light and miniature trucks (including cross-country type) and special vehicles for mining operations shall be scrapped after traveling a total of 300,000 kilometers; heavy and medium-sized trucks (including cross-country type) shall be scrapped after traveling a total of 400,000 kilometers; extra-large, large, medium, and light buses, mini buses (including cross-country type), and sedans shall be scrapped after traveling a total of 500,000 kilometers, and other vehicles shall be scrapped after traveling a total of 450,000 kilometers. accumulated 450,000 kilometers;

②? Taking into account the development of family cars, for 9 (including 9) non-operating passenger cars (including sedans, including off-road type) for 15 years, tourist passenger cars and non-operating passenger cars with more than 9 seats for 10 years, the above vehicles to reach the end of life need to continue to use, it must be based on the national motor vehicle safety, pollutant emissions related regulations for strict inspection.

The test can be extended after a reasonable period of use, but passenger cars and non-operating passenger cars with more than 9 seats can be extended to a maximum of 10 years, extended even during the period of increased inspection according to the regulations, a test cycle of three consecutive unqualified test should be scrapped.
