The board shoe movement originated in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 200 years. In the folk, there is also an exciting story about the legend of board shoes: It is said that during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, Mrs. Vashi, a heroine of the Zhuang nationality in Guangxi, used board shoes as a "secret weapon" to train the unity and cooperation ability among soldiers. She made three soldiers run together in a pair of long shoes. After such a long period of training, the soldiers' fighting qualities have been greatly improved, and their fighting spirit is passionate, their basic feelings are high and they are invincible, thus blowing up Japanese chrysanthemums on the battlefield and making great contributions to the people of Zhuangxiang. Later, the Zhuang people in that area of Nandan County imitated Mrs. wasser's training method and held a three-person board shoe competition to entertain themselves, which has been passed down to this day. In 2005, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the State Sports General Administration approved the "Skateboarding Competition" as the official event of the National Traditional Minority Sports Games. Mainly because three people need Qi Xin to work together, and their bodies can be integrated to win.
