The representative dish of Jiangsu cuisine

Jiangsu cuisine is one of the eight traditional cuisines in China. Because Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine are similar to Zhejiang cuisine, they are collectively called Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine. It is mainly composed of Nanjing cuisine (formerly known as Jinling cuisine), Huaiyang cuisine, Suzhou cuisine, Xuhai cuisine and other local dishes.

Jiangsu's famous dishes include Jinling barbecued duck, old duck soup, stewed raw chicken, roast square, crystal pig's trotters, stewed lion's head with crab powder, stewed chicken with yellow mud, stewed chicken house, salted duck (Jinling salted duck), golden fragrant cake, dried chicken, carrion bran, anchovies, three sets of ducks, Wuxi meat bones, recommended sauce pig's head, and duck wrapped in shark's fin.
