How to make an apple

Draw an apple

Need ingredients:

4 apples, 50 grams of sugar and 30 grams of starch.

To draw an apple:

1. Select 4 crisp apples. If the apples are bigger, only two apples are needed. Peel the apple, remove the core in the middle and cut it into pieces.

2. Put the cut apple into the pot, sprinkle some water with your hands, then pour in the starch, stir it evenly, hang the starch on each side of the apple, and then let it stand for 5 minutes. Or add water to starch to make starch paste and hang it directly on the surface of apple.

3. Put a little more oil in the pot. When the oil temperature rises to 50% to 60% heat, add the apple and start frying. The apple itself can be eaten directly. Just fry the starch wrapped outside into golden brown and remove it for later use.

4. The fried apples are as follows: golden and attractive, crisp outside and crisp inside, giving you two completely different experiences.

5. Add sugar and two spoonfuls of water to a clean pot, first melt the sugar with low fire, and then stir fry slowly. Note: When cooking sugar, you will get over it if you are not careful, so always cook it with low heat.

6. This is the second state of boiling sugar (as shown below). Bubbles began to increase, but at this time the sugar color is still white, so we must continue to cook.

7. When the big bubbles start to decrease and the sugar solution starts to turn pale yellow, you should pay attention. It is already in the state of drawing, because the temperature of sugar is relatively fast, and it can be overcome in a few seconds without attention.

8. When the sugar juice turns yellow, you can put in the fried apples and start sizing and drawing. The time in this state is very short, so you should prepare the apples in a convenient place in advance.

9. The apples should be turned over quickly and evenly after entering the pot, and the speed should be accelerated when the weather is cold and the syrup is cold.

10, brush a thin layer of oil on the plate, then put the finished apple on the plate, and then dip a little syrup on the apple with chopsticks to form an embellishment effect. A beautiful and delicious apple is ready.

Tips:

1, fried apples can only be wrapped in syrup when they are hot, and it is easy when they are cold, so this dish pays attention to a quick word.

2. Sugar juice state: After the sugar in white sugar juice is completely melted, this state can be used to make traditional honey juice and beeswax dishes. When the syrup turns yellow, it is in a rotating state. You can make shredded apples, shredded sweet potatoes and so on. The syrup turns brown, and when it is added with water, it is sugar color, which is more suitable for braised pork or braised pork.

Brush the bottom of the plate with oil to prevent the syrup from being cleaned after cooling.
