When can I eat hairy eggs?
Hairy eggs are also called king eggs, eggs and hairy eggs. Fujian is called egg embryo, and Jiangsu and Zhejiang are also called prosperous eggs or happy eggs, which are also very common traditional snacks in Southeast Asian countries such as Vietnam. Hairy eggs are immature chickens, which are affected by improper temperature, humidity or some germs during the incubation process, leading to the stop of chicken embryo development and death in the eggshell. It is usually listed in the spring when chickens hatch.
There is a difference between a hairy egg and a live bead. A prosperous egg is an unsuccessful egg, and a live bead is an egg that has been hatched for about 12 days. The taste of the two is also very different. Live beads are more delicious and have higher nutritional value.
