How to make the simple version of chicken leg with scallion oil
Materials required:
2 chicken legs
Proper amount of onion
Ginger quantity
Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt 1/2 teaspoons
Sugar 1/2 teaspoons
Proper amount of vegetable oil
Steps:
Clean the chicken legs, remove excess fat and bones, and cut into pieces of appropriate size.
Put the chicken pieces into a bowl, add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and sugar, stir them evenly by hand, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Chop onion and ginger into fine powder for later use.
Take a pot, add a proper amount of vegetable oil, add minced onion and ginger, and stir-fry with low fire to get fragrance.
Put the marinated chicken pieces into a pot and fry them on medium heat until they are golden on both sides.
