5.8 Grade 8
5.8.1 Craniocerebral, Spinal Cord and Peripheral Nerve Injury
1) Mental impairment or mild mental retardation, and the ability of daily life-related activities is severely limited;
2) incomplete motor aphasia; incomplete disuse, dysgraphia, dyslexia, or dyscognition;
3) urolithiasis (moderate);
4) facial paralysis on most of one side, with residual incomplete eyelid closure and crooked mouth;
5) uniplegic paralysis (up to muscle strength level 4);
6) nonlimbic paraplegic motor impairment (mild);
7) paralysis of most of the muscles of one hand (muscle strength grade 3 or less);
8) paralysis of all the muscles of one foot (muscle strength grade 3 or less);
9) organic erectile dysfunction of the penis (mild).
5.8.2 Head and Face Injury
1) disfigurement (moderate);
2) one of the criteria for disfigurement (severe) is met;
3) complete loss of scalp that is difficult to repair.
