Usage and dosage of agricultural amino acids, and what raw materials are used for agricultural amino acids?
1, usage and dosage: 3-6 kg amino acid water-soluble fertilizer per mu is diluted to 5
1, usage and dosage: 3-6 kg amino acid water-soluble fertilizer per mu is diluted to 500-800 times, and then sprayed on the leaves and fruits of crops. 2. Key points of fertilization: When spraying, the leaves of plants should be evenly covered with misty water droplets, but the water droplets should not drip down. The spraying amount of fertilizer solution is generally 40-60 kg/mu. If vegetables are used, the key part of fertilization should be tender stems and leaves, which should be sprayed both positively and negatively, and should not be missed or re-sprayed.
I. Usage and dosage of agricultural amino acids
1, usage and dosage
(1) Take the amino acid of water-soluble fertilizer as an example, dilute it to 500-800 times with 3-6 kilograms of water per mu, and then spray it on leaves and fruits.
(2) The fertilizer efficiency of this fertilizer is generally about 20 days, so the interval between fertilization should not be too long, and the interval days can be determined according to the time for crops to absorb nutrients.
2. Key points of fertilization
(1) Fertilizer solution should be sufficient. When spraying, the leaves of plants should be evenly covered with mist droplets, but it is advisable not to drip. Generally, 40-60 kg of fertilizer solution should be sprayed per mu.
(2) When using vegetables, the key part of spraying fertilizer is tender stems and leaves, and it is necessary to ensure that both sides are sprayed, and no leakage or re-spraying is allowed.
(3) When planting leafy vegetables, amino acid fertilizers can generally be used in the early and middle growth stages, while solanaceous fruits, melons, beans and root vegetables can generally be used in the middle and late growth stages.
(4) The spraying frequency should be appropriate, generally 2-3 times, spraying every 7- 10 days 1 time.
(5) The spraying time should be in the afternoon when the sunshine is sufficient and the light is not strong, which can prolong the stay time of fertilizer solution on vegetables, thus achieving the purpose of improving fertilizer efficiency.
(6) If it rains within 3 hours after spraying, it should be sprayed again after the weather clears up, and the concentration should be reduced appropriately.
2. What raw materials are agricultural amino acids made of?
1, making raw materials
60-80% of plant cake, 10-30% of monosodium glutamate production filtrate, 1-5% of animal protein and 5- 10% of commercial bacteria.
2. Production method
(1) Mix the plant cake and animal protein evenly according to a proper proportion, and control the crude protein content to be 40-45%, the water content to be 40-50%, and the PH value to be 6-8.
(2) commercial bulking bacteria are added according to a proper proportion, the fermentation temperature is controlled at 45-65℃, the moisture content is controlled at 40-50%, and the fermentation period is 1 20-180 hours.
(3) drying the fermented product at 60-90℃ (about 2-3 hours) to reduce the water content to about 25%, and then obtaining the amino acid fermented product.
And (4) concentrating the tail liquid which is treated by aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria in the production process of monosodium glutamate and is precipitated with bacterial sludge to 70-80% of the original volume, cooling to normal temperature, and filtering to obtain monosodium glutamate production tail liquid filtrate.
(5) evenly mixing the fermented materials and the filtrate according to the ratio of 7-9:1-3, and then drying, crushing and sieving to finally obtain the agricultural amino acid.
