What is a journeyman on a construction site?

Major workers are generally skilled laborers, engaged in major jobs, such as tilers, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, etc.. Small workers are strong workers, general workers, ordinary workers, mainly engaged in no technical content, only need to have strength on the job.

Small laborers on construction sites generally refer to a kind of work that doesn't require any technical content, or only requires very little technical content, and can be started very quickly.
