The production method of white tea is direct sun drying or slow fire drying; The production process is mainly two processes: withering and baking.

3. The refining process is to remove stems, slices, wax leaves, red leaves and dark leaves, bake them with slow fire until they are dry enough, and only use fire incense to set off the tea fragrance. When the water content is 4-5%, box it while it is hot.

Types of white tea:

1, white silver needle.

Origin is located in fuding city, Fujian Province, China and Zhenghe County, Nanping City. Named for its white fur, silvery white and needle-like appearance. Its fragrance is fresh, the soup is yellowish and delicious. It is the best in white tea.

2. Bai Mudan.

The origin is mainly distributed in Zhenghe, Jianyang, Songxi, Fuding and other places. It is made of short buds and leaves of Dabai tea tree or narcissus, and it is the best white tea.

3. Gong Mei.

It is mainly produced in Jianyang County, Fujian Province, and also produced in Jian 'ou, Pucheng and other counties, accounting for more than half of the total output of white tea. It is made from the bud leaves of a tea tree called Xiaobai.
