The origin of Chinese knots

Chinese knot is a unique hand-woven handicraft in China, and its emotion and wisdom are only one aspect of ancient civilization in China.

It was originally tied up by sewing clothes in the Paleolithic Age. It is said that Chinese knots at that time were also called coil knots. In addition to clothing, knots are also used to record important functions such as history, which was sacred in people's hearts at that time.

The Tang and Song Dynasties is an important period for the development of China's art and culture, and the Chinese knot, as a decorative art, also began in this period. Chinese knots in this period were widely used for clothing and utensils decoration. In the bronze mirror pattern of the Tang Dynasty, there are birds with a knot in their mouths, which means that Qin Jin will always be good.

During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the development of Chinese knots reached its peak, and people began to name different Chinese knots and give them different meanings.

For example, "Fangsheng Street" means peace.

"Ruyi knot" means good luck.

"Pisces knot" is short for Qing Ji's affluence.
