2. The applicant shall submit an application for joining the Party and a resume to the grass-roots organization of his unit. If there is no grass-roots organization of the Youth League in the unit where the applicant works, it can be submitted to the local organization of the Youth League (the applicant can contact the local organization of the Youth League by telephone 1 14).

3. For applicants who meet the conditions for the development of trade unions, grass-roots organizations will assign special personnel to contact the applicants to make necessary understanding and enhance the applicants' understanding of trade unions.

4. Applicants listed as development targets should be inspected. Applicants listed as development targets should understand the nature, program and fine tradition of the alliance, and should be representative and have good ideological and moral cultivation. Generally, there should be more than 6 months of training and education.

5. Qualified applicants will be notified by the grass-roots organizations they contact to fill in the application form for joining the League, and two league members will be invited as introducers. After investigation and discussion by grass-roots organizations, and after signing specific opinions on the application for joining the WTO, the grass-roots organizations shall affix their official seals and report to the local municipal or above (including prefecture-level) committees for examination and approval according to procedures.

If the Municipal Party Committee agrees to apply, it shall affix the official seal of the organization on the application form and indicate the date of approval. At the same time, he will send me a notice of joining the League to inform his grass-roots league organization and work unit that this comrade will officially become a member of NLD.
