How to operate dynamic balance

There are four steps to do dynamic balance: first, remove the LOGO, install the wheel with a dynamic balance instrument, and choose a fixer that adapts to the size.

First, pull out the scale on the dynamic balance instrument, measure it, and then input it into the first controller.

Step 2, take out the bending ruler to measure the rim width and input it to the second controller.

Step 3, enter the rim diameter in the controller, and press STRAR to start. After the inspection stops, the computer will measure the weight of the counterweight that needs to be increased inside and outside the rim. First, install the outside, rotate the tire and knock on the counterweight according to the prompt.

Dynamic balance is only for a single tire, the purpose of which is to make the tire itself not shift its center of gravity when it rotates. For dynamic balance, just remove the tire, start the balancing machine, turn it around and see the value displayed by the machine. At the same time, tap the balance weights corresponding to the values on both sides of the wheel hub (a small tin block with buckle marked with weight), but it should be noted that, for example, if 10 and 15 are displayed on the left and right respectively, it is necessary to tap two balance weights with weights of 10 and 15 at the left and right respectively, instead of just tapping the right one.

Tires should be regularly checked for dynamic balance and checked with a dynamic balance tester.

Wheel balance can be divided into dynamic balance and static balance. Dynamic imbalance will make the wheels shake and make the tires wear in waves; Static imbalance can cause bumps and jumps, which often leads to flat spots on tires.

Therefore, checking the balance regularly can not only prolong the service life of tires, but also improve the stability of cars when driving, and avoid traffic accidents caused by the tire swinging, jumping and out of control when driving at high speed.
