Qingshuiliang is a delicious Han Chinese specialty that belongs to Hainanese cuisine. As a special icy dessert popular on the tropical island of Hainan, the traditional Shengli Road Qingziliang is mainly made of red beans (green beans), barley, peanuts, hollowed-out flour, shredded coconut, quail eggs and watermelon, etc. It is left to cool down and then added with ice cubes and coconut water to become a bowl of authentic Qingziliang.
