How to calculate the transportation and miscellaneous fees and transportation insurance premium for the material budget of water conservancy and hydropower projects?

In general, the formula for calculating the budget price of materials for water conservancy and hydropower projects is: budget price = (original price of materials+packaging fee+transportation and miscellaneous fees) ×( 1+ purchasing and storage rate)+transportation insurance premium.

(1) Original price of materials. According to the market transaction price of the nearest large-scale material company and material trading center in the project area or the ex-factory price of the selected manufacturer.

(2) packaging costs. The calculation shall be made according to the actual data of the project area and relevant regulations.

(3) Transportation and miscellaneous expenses. Railway transportation is calculated according to the current railway freight rules and relevant regulations of the Ministry of Railways.

Highway and waterway transportation shall be calculated according to the current regulations of the transportation departments of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the project is located.

(4) Transportation insurance premium. According to the relevant provisions of the province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government or China People's Insurance Company where the project is located.

(5) Purchasing storage fee. Calculated at 3% of the material price (excluding transportation insurance) transported to the site warehouse.
