Heilongjiang Preschool Teachers College is a public full-time ordinary college approved by the people of China and the Ministry of Education. The predecessor of the school can be traced back to the normal school attached to Ningguta (now Ning 'an City) Middle School in the Qing government 1906. After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), it was renamed Ning 'an Normal School.
