Is the suona a trumpet?
Then there is the classification of vocalization. Trumpet is a wind instrument, but it is actually a brother with horn. It belongs to a lip-vibrating aeroacoustic instrument, which vibrates by air. Suona is a double-reed air-sounding instrument, which produces sound through the vibration of the built-in reed.
The most obvious difference is that a trumpet has a mouth but no tongue, that is, a reed, while a suona has a mouth and a tongue.
In addition, the common name of suona is not trumpet. In traditional folk drum bands, suona in B tune can be competent for almost all common tracks. This kind of suona is called No.2, another kind of rail column, and the suona in a tune is called Erliangzi.
