Procedural decision-making, also known as routine decision-making, refers to decisions made on regular and daily management issues; Non-programmed decision-making refers to the decision-making of new problems in management.
(2) the difference between programmed decision-making and non-programmed decision-making
There is a precedent for programmed decision-making, which can be made according to the original procedures, processing methods and standards. Most of them are daily business decisions and technical decisions that can be standardized.
There is no routine for non-programmed decision-making. Although we can refer to the practice of similar situations in the past, we need to re-study and make a decision according to the new situation. Most of them are strategic decisions and some new tactical decisions, which largely depend on the political, economic and technical wisdom and experience of decision makers.
