Selection of traditional bow

I can't figure it out. The length of the bow has nothing to do with your height. Japan and girls with two meters long bows are still using it.

It is cheap and durable. Men generally start from about 35 kg, and women can reach 25 kg. The focus is on the correct posture and basic throwing skills, and then you can measure your own pounds yourself and so on.
