This project solves most of the shortcomings of traditional grinding, improves the level of grinding technology, ensures the precision and quality of grinding processing (up to the nanometer level), but also significantly reduces the processing cost, improves the processing efficiency, makes the grinding technology further practical, and is conducive to the popularization and application of the grinding technology, promotes the progress of China's precision machining technology, advanced manufacturing technology, and strengthens the competitive strength in the field of China's machining and manufacturing, especially for the development of China's manufacturing industry. Competitive strength in the field, especially for the revitalization of the northeastern old industrial base is of great practical significance.

The project team has developed a new high-speed grinding machine that adopts this new technology. Due to advanced performance, the relevant grinding machine prototype has been applied in more than a dozen domestic units, but also exported twice to Australia, by the domestic and foreign users of the general praise. This technology is limited to the processing of individual pieces of processing, the application is not universal, should further improve the processing technology, optimize the grinding process parameters, expanding the scope of grinding processing; but also to improve the grinding machine, improve the performance of the grinding machine, improve the shape of the grinding machine, so that it reaches the degree of practicality, commercialization, in order to promote the application of a wider range.
