Then the worker applies wall glue around the edges, then treats the boards so they mortise and groove together, and secures them with curved plus money.
(2) After 90 minutes, when the glue has dried, the boards are permanently glued into a curved panel, and these curved panels will serve as the top and sides of the rectangular coffin lid. Next, the worker will use a disk to gather the ends of the curved boards, cut out the miniatures, and glue on a triangular piece of board, clamping and securing the boards tightly with a press, nailing the joints and tail-end boards as if they were large staples.
(3) Then use the machine to cut a groove in the center of the back of the coffin lid, and then glue a piece of board that becomes a bridge, use a hydraulic hammer to tighten the board with the coffin lid, the back of the coffin lid will be cut in half here at the board. Then the workers put the lid on an automatic machine for sanding, first for rough sanding and then for fine sanding, and then put the decorative wire board on the bottom of the lid, and at the same time reinforce it with screws. The groove on the inside of the wire board can be planted with the lining of the coffin, and the workers glued a small piece of wood in the middle of the groove.
(4) And sand the machine to smooth it out so that the groove is not visible when the lid is opened. Now center the lid on the bridge and cut it in half using a cutter on his side. Meanwhile, another worker begins assembling the bottom of the coffin, also called the box. The sides are glued together first and the bottom wire boards are added, then they are nailed in place with fixing nails. At this point the casket is upside down, and after fitting it with the bottom, the worker turns the coffin box over and then fits the lid and coffin box together with four leg chains.
