What is the filter for? Why should I install a filter?

Filter is an indispensable device in conveying medium pipeline, usually installed at the entrance of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, constant water level valve and other equipment. The filter consists of a cylinder, a stainless steel filter screen, a blowdown part, a transmission device and an electrical control part. After the water to be treated passes through the filter cartridge of the filter screen, its impurities are blocked. When cleaning is needed, you only need to take out the detachable filter cartridge and reinstall it after treatment, which is very convenient to use and maintain.

According to the filter media, it is divided into air filtration, liquid filtration, network filtration and optical filtration.

Performance characteristics:

1. Efficient and precise filtration: The filter disc filtration technology with special structure has accurate and sensitive performance, which ensures that only particles with a particle size smaller than the required size can enter the system, and is the most effective filtration system; There are various specifications such as 5μ, 10μ, 20μ, 55μ, 100μ, 130μ, 200μ, etc. Users can choose filter discs with different accuracy according to water requirements. System flow can be flexibly adjusted according to needs.

2. Standard modularization, saving land: The system is based on standard disc filter unit. According to the modular design, users can choose according to their needs, which is flexible and interchangeable. The system is compact in structure, occupies a small area, and can be installed flexibly by using corner space. For example, the equipment with a water treatment capacity of about 300m3/h covers an area of only about 6m2 (general water quality, filtration grade 100μ).

3. Full-automatic operation, continuous water discharge: backwashing process is alternately carried out among the units in the filter combination, and the working and backwashing states are automatically switched to ensure continuous water discharge; The backwashing water consumption is very small, accounting for only 0.5% of the water output; Using air-assisted backwashing, the self-consumption of water can be reduced to below 0.2%. It only takes tens of seconds to complete high-speed and thorough backwashing.

4. Long service life: the new plastic filter element is firm, wear-free, corrosion-free, and rarely scales. After years of industrial practice, it has been proved that there is no wear and aging after 6~ 10 years of use, and the filtration and backwashing effects will not deteriorate with the use time.
