Reflections on the cultivation mode of innovative talents
Abstract: China's traditional teaching mode of higher education has certain drawbacks, which to some extent hinders the cultivation of innovative talents. The article starts from studying the connotation of innovative talents, discusses the cultivation mode of innovative talents and its guarantee mechanism, puts forward new teaching concepts and teaching methods, and hopes that it can have certain reference significance for improving the cultivation mode of innovative talents.

First, the concept of innovative talent cultivation mode
"Talent cultivation mode" is a word frequently used in the field of education practice in recent years, talent cultivation mode refers to the education, teaching and learning mode that is selected or conceived to achieve certain educational goals under certain schooling conditions.
