1 1 In the early morning, Chonglimen, an iconic ancient building located in the center of Seoul, South Korea, was destroyed by fire. The lower end of the city gate is a stone wall doorway, and the upper end is a double-layer wooden gatehouse. 1962, the Korean government designated Chonglimen as the first national treasure. In May 2005, the square around Chonglimen was completed, and the main entrance of Chonglimen was officially opened to the public on March 3, 2006.
