Notice of eating hot pot
Shabu-shabu should not be too short: Meat contains a lot of bacteria and parasite eggs, and shabu-shabu is too short to kill these harmful substances. In general, thinner slices of meat only need to be scalded for about 1 minute before the color of the meat changes from bright red to grayish white. For thicker slices of meat, try to blanch them for as long as possible to make sure they are cooked through before eating.
Pathogenic microorganisms and parasite eggs often remain in fresh food. If you eat them, there is a high chance that harmful microorganisms will invade your body, so don't eat any food that is not cooked through.
