Background of the match

Wushu is an important part of traditional Chinese culture and a treasure of the Chinese nation. In the long history of China, wushu has always played an important role, it is not only a kind of sports, but also a kind of cultural heritage and spiritual pursuit. In order to carry forward the Chinese martial arts culture and promote martial arts sports, the Wulin Feng Guo Chendong competition was born.

Rules

The Wulin Feng Guo Chendong competition is a comprehensive wushu competition, which is divided into two events: the individual competition and the team competition. The individual tournament is divided into two events, set and sparring, while the team tournament is based on set. The rules of the competition are as follows:

Set Rules

Participants are required to perform according to the set rules of the competition, and the judges will give scores according to the performance of the contestants. The scoring criteria include the standardization of movements, the degree of technical mastery, the performance of temperament and other aspects. The contestant with the highest score wins.

Sparring competition rules

Sparring competition is a kind of practical competition, the contestants need to wrestle within the stipulated competition time. The match is divided into rounds and each round lasts for three minutes. The contestants can use various techniques such as punches, kicks, elbows and knees to attack and defend. Judges give scores based on a contestant's attack and defense performance, and the contestant with the highest score wins.

Rules of the Team Routine Competition

The Team Routine Competition is a synergistic competition in which teams are required to perform according to a prescribed routine. The judges will rate the teams according to their collaboration, coordination of movements and technical mastery, and the team with the highest rating will win.

Procedure

The Wulin Feng Guo Chendong tournament is divided into three stages: qualifiers, semifinals and finals. The qualifiers and semifinals use an elimination system, while the finals are based on point rankings.

Preliminaries

The preliminaries are the first round of the tournament, in which contestants are required to compete in either sets or sparring matches. At the end of the qualifier, the top eight players in terms of points ranking will be selected to enter the semi-finals based on the scoring.

Semi-finals

Semi-finals is the second round of the tournament, and the contestants need to perform set or sparring matches. At the end of the semi-finals, the top four players in terms of points will be selected to enter the final round based on the scoring.

Final

The final is the last round of the tournament, in which the contestants are required to compete in either routine or sparring. At the end of the finals, the winners are selected based on point standings.

Feelings of the competition

The Wulin Feng Guo Chendong competition was a rare opportunity for me to get in touch with the traditional Chinese martial arts culture. Through the competition, I not only learned the skills and methods of martial arts, but also y felt the cultural connotation and spiritual pursuit contained in martial arts.

In the competition, I met a lot of excellent competitors, each of whom had unique styles and techniques, which inspired me a lot. I also encountered many difficulties and challenges during the competition, but through continuous efforts and practice, I gradually mastered the essence of martial arts.

In the end, I got good results in the competition, but more importantly, I gained the love and pursuit of martial arts. I believe that in the days to come, I will continue to work hard and keep exploring the way of martial arts to make myself a real martial artist.
