How to connect the light switch?
2. Find the power cord (usually from the power socket) and the lamp cord (usually the cord connecting the lamp).
3. For a single-pole switch, first connect the live wire (usually red or brown) of the power cord to one port of the switch. This port is usually marked with "L" or "COM". Then connect the live wire of the lamp wire with the other port of the switch. This port is usually marked with "L 1" or "No". Then the zero line of the power cord (usually blue or black) is connected with the zero line of the lamp cord.
For a bipolar switch, connect the live wire of the power cord to a port of the switch. This port is usually marked with "L" or "COM". The live wire of the lamp wire is connected with the other port of the switch. This port is usually marked with "L 1" or "No". Then connect the zero line of the power cord with the zero line of the lamp cord.
4. Make sure all wiring is firm, and use insulating tape or insulating sleeve to protect the exposed wires. It should be noted that the above are common wiring methods, but the specific situation may be different for different switches and lamps. In order to ensure safety, it is recommended to ask a professional electrician for wiring.
