How many tiles are there in a **** of Mahjong?
There are 144 tiles in a full mahjong deck, but most places have their own mahjong rules and will not use all of the tiles to play the game, some places will use 136 and some places will use 108.
The composition of a mahjong deck consists of the following parts:
Precedence tiles: Wan, Pie, and Strip, 1-9 of each suit, 4 tiles of each, total 108 tiles;
Word tiles:
Flower tiles: spring, summer, autumn, winter, plum, orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum, 1 tile of each type,total 8 tiles;
The above The three types are all 144 mahjong tiles in a mahjong set; the 136-tile play has 8 fewer hwatu tiles than the full number of tiles, while the 108-tile play uses only the sequence tiles.
