How to get licensed as a folk Chinese medicine practitioner

Self-study Chinese medicine can not take the physician's qualification certificate. To apply for a physician's qualification certificate requires a bachelor's degree or above in higher education, under the guidance of a physician, in medical, preventive, health care institutions for a probationary period of one year; or in the form of teacher training to learn traditional medicine for three years or after many years of practice of medical technology is really specialized.

Physician qualification certificate application conditions:

(a) with a higher school of medicine bachelor's degree or above, under the supervision of a physician, in the medical, preventive, health care institutions in the probationary period of one year;

(b) to obtain the certificate of qualification of assistant physician, with a higher school of medicine specialist education, in the medical, preventive, health care institutions for two years; with secondary specialized schools of medicine, medical, preventive and health care institutions two years; with secondary specialized school medical specialty education, in the medical, preventive, health care institutions for five years.

With a higher school medical degree or secondary specialized school medical degree, under the supervision of a physician, in the medical, preventive, health care institutions in the probationary period of one year, you can participate in the qualification examination for practicing physician assistant.

Traditional medicine in the form of teacher training for three years or after years of practice of medical expertise, by the people's governments above the county level, the health administrative department of the traditional medicine professional organization or medical, preventive, health care institutions to assess and recommend, can participate in the qualification examination for medical practitioners or practicing physician assistant. The content and methods of the examination shall be formulated separately by the health administrative department of the State Council.
