Suspended sandbag packing layer

The course of suspended sandbag packing is as follows:

Material preparation: empty sandbags, corn, rope drops, old clothes, stainless steel expansion hooks and impact drills.

1. Put a layer of unwanted old clothes at the bottom of the sandbag, press it down with another layer of clothes, and then fill the periphery with corn, so that it is enough to put another layer of old clothes and plug a circle of corn.

2. Shake it a little more when it is almost full, and then compact it hard, leaving a sealing distance.

Tie the mouth first, and then tie the sandbag with the prepared rope, so that the sandbag will not fall.

4. Drill a hole with the number 10 on the top of the beam with an impact drill to fasten the hook.

5. Finally, hang the sandbag, even if it is finished, because the corn is rough and needs to be beaten with gloves or hand guards.

Introduction to sandbags:

Sandbag is one of the training equipment for fighting, which is mainly used for fighting strength training.

Sandbags are not literally bags full of sand. If they are really full of sand, they will be too difficult to be hit. Sandbags are generally made of polyurethane or PU leather, canvas or Oxford cloth, and there is a buffer layer made of EVA or plastic foam between the inside and the filler. The finished sandbags are usually filled with rags.

According to different training emphases, combat types and styles, sandbags are divided into various shapes and sizes. The most common traditional sandbags are generally cylindrical, including banana-shaped (relatively slender cylindrical), spherical, teardrop-shaped, pear-shaped, big-headed and bowling.
