How to teach mini-Party class well?

From last year, I participated in the final of the first "Mini Party Class" speech contest organized by the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, to this year, I participated in the "Mini Party Class" case collection activity organized by the Propaganda Department of the County Party Committee and the Party Working Committee of county-level organs and won the first prize. I have some superficial understanding and feelings on how to teach the "Mini Party Class" well.

Close to reality. That is to say, the theme of "mini-party class" should be close to the main theme of today's times, and in accordance with the requirements of building a learning-oriented party organization, it should closely focus on the main line of "striving for Excellence first". The second is to be close to the reality of cadres' thinking, work, study and life in party member, and pay attention to the pertinence of education objects. Based on this consideration, this time I participated in the "Mini Party Class" case collection activity, and the theme I chose was "How young party member faced setbacks". The purpose is to improve the psychological quality of young party member through teaching, and enhance their ability to face setbacks, overcome difficulties and solve problems.

Short and pithy. Short and pithy is an obvious and important feature of "mini-party class". Since it is "miniature", this makes this kind of party class must be small and pocket-sized, and you can't talk big and long. But to make a long story short. Therefore, it takes 10 minutes for a "mini-party class" to solve the problem. This requires the lecturer to fully consider the factor of "limited time" when conceiving the content, and strive to highlight the theme and concentrate the content.

The blending of reason and reason. A good party class, for the instructor, should not only be able to speak the truth deeply, thoroughly, clearly and clearly around the theme, but also be sensible, rational and emotional, and impress and influence others' hearts with sincere feelings, thus causing mutual thoughts. I just communicate with the audience with examples of how to face the reality, adjust my mentality and fight against the disease after I am seriously ill, which is enlightening and inspiring to the audience.

Vivid image. In the form of "mini-party class", multimedia courseware such as PPT can be used as an auxiliary tool to enhance the vividness and attraction of teaching. In language expression, the speaker is required to be cadenced, rhythmic and infectious. It can explain things in simple terms, visualize and concretize abstract theories and macro-policies, so that the audience can understand, listen well, sit still and remember firmly, and let them truly feel that listening to this kind of party class is indeed rewarding, and experience and feel the charm of "mini-party class".

Set an example. As office party cadres and "mini-party class" lecturers, we should know that the power of example is infinite, and we should pay attention to both words and deeds. If the lecturer only does a good job in the class and does not pay attention to his usual self-cultivation and image, then people who know you will greatly discount your class. Only when words and deeds are consistent can others truly admire you and trust you. In fact, if the lecturers on and off the stage are different, they will say one thing and do another. After all, they will have no confidence in their classes. Therefore, a good teacher should first be a good person, a good party member, a good cadre and a good leader. Only in this way can party class education achieve the expected results.
