Nantong and Luoyang which is developed

Nantong is developed compared with Luoyang. Located in the eastern coastal area of Jiangsu Province, Nantong is one of China's important coastal open cities with a well-developed port and logistics system, and is one of the world's largest industrial bases for chemical fibers, textiles and ship supporting industries. Nantong is also one of China's important production bases for iron and steel, chemicals, machinery, electronics and building materials, and is one of the important manufacturing and logistics centers in the Yangtze River Delta region. Luoyang City, on the other hand, is located in the central part of Henan Province and is landlocked with poor transportation. Compared with coastal cities, Luoyang's logistics costs are high, and the attractiveness of foreign trade and foreign investment is relatively weak. The industrial structure of Luoyang City is relatively homogeneous, mainly dominated by traditional manufacturing industries, such as metallurgy, machinery and chemical industry. The development of these industries is limited by environmental protection and resources, and with the adjustment and transfer of global industrial structure, the competitiveness of these traditional manufacturing industries is gradually declining. So Nantong is developed compared with Luoyang.
