However, with the increase of farmers' mobility and the acceleration of urbanization in the 2 1 century, the traditional concepts of kinship-geography, acquaintance society, "human feelings" and "face" have all changed greatly. The village is no longer an acquaintance society where farmers know their roots and help each other, but a semi-acquaintance society. The theory described in Fei Xiaotong's Native China is still valuable, but it should be improved with the development of the times.
