What are the characteristics of type C personality?

Type C personality refers to the depressed personality with suppressed emotions, which is characterized by fear of competition, resignation, anger swallowing and sulking. C is the first letter of Cancer, which indicates that people with this personality trait are prone to cancer.

Personality characteristics of type C personality:

① Oversuppressing negative emotions

That is, not good at expressing or venting emotions such as anxiety, depression and despair, especially often trying to suppress anger that should have been vented.

② Behavioral withdrawal
