Unique musical instruments of Mongolians
There are roughly five kinds of musical instruments peculiar to Mongols, namely Hu Si, Yatuoke, Hu Si, Huqin and Ma Touqin, as shown below:
Hu Si 1
Hu Si is a stringed instrument, also known as a four-legged, four-stringed or violin. Mainly divided into low, medium and high four Hu.
2. Yatok
Yatoko is actually a Mongolian guzheng. The structure and techniques of Mongolian guzheng and guzheng are basically the same, but the instruments they play are Mongolian folk songs and instrumental music.
3. Hu Jia
Hu Jia is a Mongolian border musical instrument, also known as Chaoer and Maodun Chaoer. The tube is made of wood, with a length of 58.5cm and a diameter of 1.8cm.
4. Hu Qin
Huqin is a Mongolian bowstring instrument with unique production.
Special, soft and rich timbre, full of grassland flavor.
5. Ma Touqin
Ma Touqin is a Mongolian folk stringed instrument with mellow tone, low bass and weak volume.
Mongolian is a traditional nomadic people and one of the ethnic minorities in China, mainly distributed in East Asia. The scientific and cultural undertakings of Mongolians are relatively developed, and the art of music and dance is also in a prominent position.
