What do you mean by color modification of plates?

Color change of board refers to a series of treatments on the surface of wood or wood products to make their colors more vivid and uniform, and maintain a certain durability. This is a very old way of wood treatment. As early as prehistoric times, people began to dye wood with natural pigments such as plant leaves, flowers and fruits. Now in the wood industry, the color change of plates is widely used in furniture manufacturing, architectural decoration, flooring and so on.

The concrete step of changing the color of the board is to polish the wood surface first, and then spray or brush the dye on the wood surface. This dye can be artificial chemical dye or natural dyed plant extract. After dyeing, the wood surface needs to be treated more, such as grinding and polishing, to ensure smooth surface, full color and fine texture. Finally, varnish or paint can be added to the wood surface to improve its moisture-proof, corrosion-proof, scratch-proof and wear-resistant ability.

Plate color change also has some flexibility in modeling and design, and different colors and color systems can be selected according to different materials, styles and uses. For example, furniture, brown, black and white are more suitable basic colors, which can be matched with different design styles to highlight different atmospheres and feelings. The color decoration of the floor is mainly light color, which can effectively improve the overall freshness and brightness of the house and meet the aesthetic needs of modern families.
