Bylaws of the Road Transportation Regulations of Anhui Province

The passenger transportation referred to in these regulations, refers to the provision of services for the community, with the nature of the operation of the road passenger transportation activities, including passenger transportation, chartered passenger transportation and tourist passenger transportation.

The regulations referred to in the freight transport, refers to the provision of services for the community, with the nature of the road transportation of goods activities, including road freight, road transportation of goods, road transportation of large objects and road transportation of dangerous goods. These regulations refer to the road transportation of goods, refers to the use of containers, refrigerated fresh equipment, tank containers and other special vehicles for the transportation of goods.

The regulations referred to in the road transport stations (yards), including road passenger transport stations (yards) and road freight transport stations (yards). Road passenger transport stations (yards) referred to in these Regulations, refers to the site, facilities as the basis for passenger transport operators and travelers to provide relevant transport services. Road freight transport station (yard), refers to the site, facilities as the basis for the community to provide paid services with warehousing, storage, distribution, information services, loading and unloading, cargo handling and other functions of the integrated freight transport station (yard), LTL freight station, container transfer station and other logistics operations.

The regulations referred to in the motor vehicle maintenance business, is to maintain or restore the normal technical condition and function of motor vehicles, motor vehicles to extend the service life of the main purpose of the maintenance, repair and comprehensive performance testing and other business activities. These regulations shall come into force on May 1, 2007 .
