The Institute of Subversive Innovation is a spontaneous learning organization, initiated by Li Shanyou, a well-known entrepreneur in China, and 50 students from China Europe Entrepreneurship Camp/KLOC-0. It has created a broad platform for entrepreneurs from all walks of life to brainstorm, hold forums and meetings, talk about the possibility of starting a business, and give full play to everyone's wisdom. All organizational work is done by the group owner, without any commercial activities. All activities of the learning club must revolve around learning and practice.

Lecture is the core teaching method of learning club. In the face of people who love learning and are willing to embrace new things, their only keynote is learning, and the most valuable thing is speech. At the same time, the instructor of the learning club guarantees that every speech will be updated and the content will not be repeated.

It takes Godel's first law as its core point of view: "Any self-consistent system must be incomplete. When an enterprise is implementing, when an enterprise is doing a strong job at a certain point, there must be a value network behind it. This value network also determines the capability boundary of this enterprise, and beyond the boundary is the blind spot of this enterprise. " Encourage students to break through the value network, cultivate a vision of breaking through the value network, break the shackles of the existing value network, and thus capture the opportunities that belong to the future.

Li Shanyou believes that "knowledge is the cognition of the known field, while knowledge is the speculation of the unknown field. Entrepreneurs need to avoid the main battlefield of big companies, cut in from the non-mainstream, and then gradually build exquisite products and expand rapidly through lean thinking.
